So, what exactly is a sugar scrub– and what do people use them for?

A sugar scrub is a combination of four main ingredients:

• Sugar
• Oils
• Honey
• Scent

Sugar scrubs do two main things for your skin– they exfoliate & scrub off the dead skin cells, and they also moisturize your skin so it’s baby soft.

Overall, sugar scrubs are fun because it’s a great way to relax after a long day at work, school, or taking care of the family.
